(220630) -- GUANGZHOU, June 30, 2022 (Xinhua) -- Aerial photo taken on May 15, 2022 shows the Shenzhen-Zhongshan highway link under construction in south China's Guangdong Province. The total length of Shenzhen-Zhongshan highway link will be 24 kilometers and include an underwater tunnel and two artificial islands. The link will open to traffic in 2024. With the building of traffic arteries, the connectivity in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has been continuously improved.
