"We are at the main entrance of the Turkish Presidency Dolmabahce Office in Istanbul's vivid Besiktas district. A signing ceremony of a deal is held here today about the delivery of the Ukrainian grain to global markets.
The parties became ready to sign the final agreement by eliminating the last setbacks so that approximately 20 million tons of grain waiting at the ports in Ukraine can be shipped to the world via the Black Sea.
