Huyuan Township, Jinyun County, east China's Zhejiang has a long history of planting watermelons. The planting area of the whole township is more than 1,000 mu (66.7 hectares). With the unique geographical conditions in the mountain and their environmental-friendly planting methods, watermelons in Huyuan township are sweet and crisp, winning the favor of consumers in neighboring areas.
