STORYLINE:
Situated in the desert of northwest Jordan, some 10 km from the border with Syria, the Zaatari camp is the largest Syrian refugee camp in Jordan, temporarily accommodating more than 80,000 Syrian refugees who fled the war.
A decade after the camp first opened its gates in late July 2012, returning home remains a remote dream for most residents inside Zaatari camp, though just miles away from the border of their motherland.
