(220825) -- KARACHI, Aug. 25, 2022 (Xinhua) -- A man smokes in southern Pakistani port city of Karachi on Aug. 24, 2022. Pakistan on Monday announced an additional tax of 36 billion Pakistani rupees (around 165 million U.S. dollars) on cigarettes and 2 billion rupees (around 9 million dollars) on tobacco processing, in order to collect an additional 38 billion rupees in taxes.
