A 6.8-magnitude earthquake jolted Luding County in Sichuan on Monday. 74 people have died. Construction workers restored a 1.2-km road linking the epicenter, Moxi Town with Hailuogou scenic area, and blazed a new 200-meter-long path to villages cut off due to severely damaged roads. Rescuers then managed to send drinking water, food, medicine and other relief supplies to local villagers. Xinhua News Agency correspondents reporting from Ya'an, China. (XHTV)
