STORYLINE:
A China-aided project started its second phase Tuesday to install solar-powered traffic light control signals at 98 intersections in the Nigerian capital Abuja.
To better manage traffic in Abuja, traffic lights were installed at 74 intersections in the first phase of the project in 2015.
