Ismail Arafa, a Hebron-based Palestinian elderly man, spends many hours a day preparing various kinds of grape products by using primitive methods.
Palestinian traditional grape molasses, grape malban, grape jam, and raisins are among the grape products produced by the elderly Arafa and his sons.
"To prepare my extraordinary products, I use huge copper pots on top of piles of burning firewood as a part of our Palestinian heritage identity," the 71-year-old father of six told Xinhua.
