On Saturday morning, beautiful kites of various colors, shapes and sizes, including flying dragons, whales and crabs, decorated the sky over the Scheveningen beach. During the two-day kite festival, kite pilots from dozens of countries will present kite-flying air shows and demonstrations. Besides admiring the flying kites, visitors can also enjoy kite-powered sport programs such as kite-surfing, and learn to make or fly a kite themselves.
