STORYLINE:
A whopping 340,000 charging piles for new energy vehicles (NEVs) have been installed in south China's Guangdong Province, one of China's economic hubs.
As of this September, Guangdong had built China's largest electric vehicle charging network. The coverage rate of fast charging stations in expressway service areas of the province has reached 96.2 percent.
This has not only satisfied people's driving needs, but also laid a solid foundation for the infrastructure construction of NEV industry.
