Former Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived Tuesday in Goma, a major city located in northeastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), as the Armed Forces of the DRC (FARDC) have been fighting for several months the rebels of the March 23 movement (M23).
Uhuru Kenyatta, a mediator for the seven-nation East African Community (EAC), visited Kanyaruchinya displacement camp, where about 80,000 people are currently seeking refuge.
