STORYLINE:
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa and French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday formally presented a new green hydrogen pipeline project.
The three leaders discussed further details of the project on the sidelines of a European Union (EU) regional summit.
The meeting also included European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
