Kim Hyun Chul arrested
Kim Hyun Chul, the second son of South Korean President Kim Young Sam was arrested ony May 17, 1997 on suspicion of taking bribes and evading taxes. The junior Kim, who does not hold any public post, is suspected of having received nearly 3.2 billion won (about 3.4 million dollars) from two businessmen in return for influence peddling.
