Escorted by parents, schoolchildren at Tainohata Elementary School in Kobe city, in the western Japan, walk to school on May 28, a day after the severed head of a missing 11-year-old boy was found placed vertically in front of the school's main gate with two hand-written notes in the mouth. (Later, it was found out that the killer was a 14-year old junior high school student.)
