Stock prices plunge to 6-year low

The key Nikkei index plunged to a six-year low on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on Thursday Aug. 27 as falling share prices worldwide, the Russian ruble crisis and Japan's weakened banking industry continued to spook investors.
