EPA paints another grim picture of Japanese economy
Japanese Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi (2nd from R) and his economic ministers meet Dec. 8 to adopt a monthly report for December compiled by the Economic Planning Agency (EPA). The report painted another grim picture of the Japanese economy but said there are signs that the economy is finally beginning to pick up or will pick up in the not-so-distant future.
