Ichiro makes preseason debut for Seattle

Orix BlueWave outfielder Ichiro Suzuki, playing for the Seattle Mariners, hits an infield single at his second at-bat in the third inning of an exhibition game against the San Diego Padres at the Peoria Ball Park on March 4. ''I felt good. I was nervous and excited, too,'' Ichiro said after the game, which the Mariners won 11-4.
