Oriental museum in Osaka to open new building

Prince Mikasa, an uncle of Emperor Akihito, addresses guests attending a ceremony to celebrate the opening of a new building of the Museum of Oriental Ceramics in Osaka on March 16. To commemorate the opening, the museum is holding a month-long exhibition of its new collection of Chinese and Korean ceramics, donated by Rhee Byung Chang, a former Korean diplomat who currently resides in Tokyo.
