Fake goods rejected by Japan displayed

A Japanese Finance Ministry official displays samples of the 1.01 million items of fake name-brand articles confiscated in 1998. The number of confiscated fake name-brands items dropped 36.9 percent from the previous year. Of the total, 97.7 percent came from other Asian countries, the largest share on record.
