Imperial wedding anniversary stamps issued

Four postage stamps are to be issued by Scottish postal authorities to commemorate the 40th wedding anniversary April 10 of Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko. One of them (top L) depicts the emperor shaking hands with Queen Elizabeth II during the imperial couple's visit to Britain last year.
