ABOARD DEFENSE SECRETARY COHEN'S JET, Japan - U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen says in an interview with Kyodo News on July 26 he hopes a site will be found for the relocation of the U.S. Futemma Air Station in Okinawa Prefecture by early 2000. The secretary is aboard his jet en route to Japan from Washington for a three-day visit.
