TBS reporter nabbed as Peeping Tom

TOKYO, Japan - A 32-year-old city news reporter, Kazuhiro Takashima, for Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc. (TBS), one of Japan's nationwide broadcasters, is arrested on a charge of trespassing on private property in Tokyo on July 27 after allegedly being caught filming a woman in the bath.
