Japanese couple weds in Seoul's quality hotel

SEOUL, South Korea - A Japanese couple wearing traditional Korean costumes takes part in a wedding ceremony at the Ritz Carlton Seoul, a luxurious hotel in Seoul. The ceremony took place after authorities lifted a ban on weddings and wedding banquets at top-class hotels Aug. 9. It was feared that such events would promote excessive consumption.
