First snow seen in Kyrgyz mountains where hostages are confined

OSH, Kyrgyzstan - Snow fell on the night of Sept. 5 for the first time this season in the mountains in southern Kyrgyzstan, where hostages including four Japanese are believed to be held by Islamic guerrillas.
