Obuchi receives traditional Maori greeting
AUCKLAND, New Zealand - A Maori leader (L) welcomes Japanese Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi with a nose-to-nose traditional greeting at an Auckland hotel Sept. 12. Obuchi is here to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum summit. Maoris are a Polynesian people native to New Zealand.
