Japan beats Taiwan in Asian baseball final round

SEOUL, South Korea - Pinch-hitter Jun Heima (center) celebrates after his game-winning hit in the bottom of the ninth inning gave Japan a 2-1 ''sayonara'' victory over Taiwan in the final round of the Asia Championship tournament at Chamsil Stadium in Seoul on Sept. 15.
