Japanese Princess Sayako makes speech in Hawaii
HONOLULU, United States - Japanese Princess Sayako, the only daughter of Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, speaks Sept. 17 during a ceremony at the top of Mt. Mauna Kea on Hawaii Island to mark the completion of construction there of Subaru, one of the world's largest optical-infrared telescopes, by Japan's National Astronomical Observatory.
