Tajik opposition leader said to be behind abductions
BISHKEK, Kyrgyz - A file photo shows United Tajik Opposition (UTO) party leader Said Abdullo Nuri, who was denounced by a senior Kyrgyz government official Sept. 28 as the figure behind Muslim guerrillas who have been holding four Japanese and a number of Kyrgyz nationals hostage since late August.
