U.S. sues Japanese firm under Japan's antitrust law
TOKYO, Japan - Pictured is the head office building of Kyowa Exeo Corp., a telecommunications engineering company, against which the U.S. Justice Department filed a civil lawsuit in the Tokyo High Court under the Japanese Antimonopoly Law on Sept. 30. According to the department, Kyowa Exeo conspired with others to rig bids on all contracts for operation and maintenance of U.S. military telecommunications systems in Japan from 1981 to 1988.
