Japanese, South Korean leaders meet in Cheju
CHEJU, South Korea - Japanese Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi (L) and South Korean Prime Minister Kim Jong Pil (R) at the outset of the second informal Japan-South Korea ministerial meeting held at the South Korean resort Cheju Oct. 23.
