Late empress dowager receives posthumous title
TOKYO, Japan - The late Empress Dowager Nagako, shown in this undated photo, was posthumously named ''Empress Kojun'' in a ceremony at the Imperial Palace on July 10. The title Kojun comprises two Chinese characters. The first carries the meaning of fragrance and beautiful, and the second stands for pure, honest and merciful.
