Scandal-hit Snow Brand suspends sports teams

SAPPORO, Japan - Masahiko Harada (C), a member of the gold medal-winning quartet in the ski-jumping team event at the 1998 Nagano Olympics, talks to reporters July 13 on the decision by Snow Brand Milk Products Co. to suspended activities of its sports clubs until late September. The suspension affects the athletes of the firm's ice hockey, athletics and ski teams, of which Harada is a member.
