Service held for Commonwealth POWs who died in Japan
YOKOHAMA, Japan - Some 90 people, including diplomats from Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as well as a group of Japanese citizens, hold a service Aug. 5 for Commonwealth soldiers who died in detention in Japan during World War II, at the British Commonwealth War Cemetery in Yokohama. About 1,800 people are buried in the cemetery.
