Mori leaves for N.Y. to attend U.N. Millennium Summit
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori (L) waves with Shinzo Abe, deputy chief cabinet secretary, at Haneda Airport on Sept. 5 before leaving for New York for the three-day U.N. Millennium Summit starting Sept. 6. While there, Mori will also hold talks with leaders from countries including Australia, China, Jordan and Israel. Mori will leave New York on Sept. 9 and return to Tokyo on Sept. 10.
