N. Korea's Kim Yong Sun arrives in S. Korea
SEOUL, South Korea - Kim Yong Sun, a close aide to North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, arrives at Seoul's Kimpo International Airport on Sept. 11, leading an eight-member North Korean delegation for talks with South Korean officials on further improving inter-Korean relations. Kim, secretary of the Workers Party of (North) Korea, is the highest-ranking member of the ruling party ever to visit Seoul.
