Princess Sayako hosts diplomats' gathering

ICHIKAWA, Japan - Princess Sayako (L), daughter of Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, releases a duck at a gathering of diplomats and their wives in Japan on Dec. 7 at the Shinhama duck field of the Imperial Household Agency in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture. The princess hosted the gathering, to which 20 people from Italy, Cambodia and 10 other countries were invited.
