Protesters rally against resumption of nuclear reactor Monju

TSURUGA, Japan - Protesters fly paper balloons at a rally held Saturday against a plan to resume operations of Japan's prototype fast-breeder nuclear reactor Monju, which has been shut down since a coolant leakage accident five years ago.
