Tokyo stock prices plunge

TOKYO, Japan - A board outside a Tokyo brokerage house shows the benchmark 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average on the Tokyo Stock Exchange plummeted 491.22 points to 13,423.21 on Dec. 21 for a sixth straight day of decline after falling below 14,000 for the first time in 21 months the previous day.
