Tokyu Corp. to streamline group hotel operations

TOKYO, Japan - Flanked by Yozo Inagaki, president of Tokyu Hotel Chain Co., Tokyu Corp. President Shinobu Shimizu (R) speaks at a news conference Dec. 27. The leading railway firm said it will streamline the group's hotel business in a stock-swap deal that will make Tokyu Hotel Chain a wholly owned subsidiary.
