S. Korea's ruling party former No. 2 becomes Red Cross chief
SEOUL, South Korea - The photo shows Suh Young Hoon, 77, who was elected on Dec. 28 president of South Korea's National Red Cross to succeed Chang Choong Sik. Suh was until Tuesday chairman of President Kim Dae Jung's Millennium Democratic Party, one rank below Kim.
