New maps set up for bureaucracy's revamping
TOKYO, Japan - Workers set up maps showing names and locations of central government offices in Tokyo's Nagatacho district on Jan. 5, a day before a drastic revamping of the government's bureaucracy goes into effect. Under the new system, the government's administrative functions will be handled by a cabinet office and 12 ministries and agencies.
