Sendai clinic reopens to outpatients following nurse's arrest
SENDAI, Japan - Ikuko Handa, head of the Hokuryo Clinic in Sendai, northern Japan, meets reporters in front of the hospitla's building on Jan. 15. The hospital reopened its doors to outpatients the same day for the first time since a nurse formerly on staff was arrested Jan. 6 for allegedly trying to kill a patient with muscle relaxant in October.
