Akebono back from Hawaii, apologizes for bike crash

NARITA, Japan - Newly retired yokozuna Akebono returns to Narita airport from Hawaii on Feb. 15. He immediately visited the Japan Sumo Association (JSA) in Tokyo to apologize for crashing his motorcycle while on vacation last week. Akebono, whose real name is Chad Rowan, injured his right leg and right hand when his motorcycle hit a guard rail.
