int'l chartered flights to depart from Haneda
TOKYO, Japan - Chikage Ogi, minister of land, infrastructure and transport, speaks Feb. 16 at a ceremony marking resumption of international charter flights from Tokyo's Haneda airport scheduled for Feb. 17 after a hiatus of 23 years. Haneda, once Japan's main international airport, has been used only for domestic flights except for flights by Taiwan's China Airlines and EVA Airways since Narita airport east of Tokyo opened in 1978.
