5 int'l chartered flights depart from Tokyo's Haneda

TOKYO, Japan - Passengers board a Japan Air System plane bound for Saipan at Tokyo's Haneda airport late Feb. 16. Five international charter flights took off from the airport, marking the first international departures by airlines other than Taiwan-based carriers in 23 years.
