Ruling bloc split over LDP presidential race
TOKYO, Japan - Power brokers in Japan's ruling coalition were split March 16 over when to hold the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) presidential election to choose a new leader to replace Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori.
