Japan, China, S. Korea seek U.S. commitment to Kyoto Protocol
TOKYO, Japan - (From L to R) China's State Environmental Protection Administration Minister Xie Zhenhua, Japanese Environment Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi and South Korean Environment Minister Kim Myung Ja shake hands at a news conference on April 8 after a two-day meeting in Tokyo to discuss environmental issues in Northeast Asia.
