Uruguayan pres. visits Hiroshima, appeals for peace

HIROSHIMA, Japan - Uruguayan President Jorge Luis Batlle Ibanez (R), with his wife Mercedes Menafra looking on, resisters his name in a book at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum on April 19. He said Hiroshima is a symbol of peace and everyone in the world should visit the city, which was hit by an atomic bomb in World War II.
