Kitajima sets 50-meter record in breaststroke at nationals

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Kosuke Kitajima sets a Japanese record in the men's 50-meter breaststroke at the national swimming championships at Yokohama International Pool on April 20 and earned a place at the world meet in Fukuoka this summer. Kitajima posted a time of 28.05 seconds in winning the final.
