JAL DC-10 engine to be examined

NAGOYA, Japan - A jet engine is removed from a Japan Airlines DC-10 plane for scrutiny June 28. The plane bound for Bangkok returned to Nagoya on June 27 due to engine trouble that caused small pieces of debris to fall on houses and factories in nearby Komaki city in Aichi Prefecture. No injuries were reported among the about 200 people on board Flight 737 or from those on the ground.
